- account suspensions,
- policy changes,
- ranking fluctuations,
- algorithm updates,

Clients remain responsible for complying with all third-party platform policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Rafiki Digitech retains ownership of its methodologies, systems, templates, designs, processes, and proprietary tools.
- Clients retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and original business assets.
Final ownership transfer of completed work may depend on full payment being received.
8. Content & Media Usage
Rafiki Digitech may use completed work, visuals, project examples, logos, and case studies for:
- portfolio purposes,

- presentations,
- and promotional activities,
unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate services according to agreed notice periods outlined in individual contracts or retainers.
Upon termination:
- outstanding payments remain due,
- access to systems or deliverables may be restricted until balances are cleared,
- and ongoing services may cease immediately.
